Pink, Purple, & Cream

Or, more Laziness

Or, more Laziness

This braid's color shifts were completely unsuccessful, and you can see I shifted from one pattern to another. You can also see it didn't help either. Many of the yarns in the left tassel are samples of wool from a yard sale; the previous owner had evidently put aside one strand, approximately a yard (or meter) long of each color s/he had of crewel. Several of the braids were made with these odds and ends of yarn, most of which are short and unsuitable for traditional knitting or crochet---no doubt the reason my garage saling friend was able to pick up a large under the bed box for such a good price.

However, I like the way the color works in the tassels, and the braid is good enough for tying up rod wraps.
