Artists reflect their times and training; I grew up thinking drawing and painting was real art, and, as I've gotten older, come to love the dadaist mixed-media works from the 20s that have now become incorporated in all levels of society to such a degree that such fundamentally conservative folks—literally scrapbookers, conserving their precious memories—are its most ardent practitioners.

But I loathed concept art.

My kids, on the other hand, do it so naturally that I'd say it's very nearly f2tY's natural medium.
