I like the way all of these stockings came out, but have always been fascinated by compass roses; so, being able to incorporate one into this design, means it has a special place in my heart.

Because I had to complete 3 all-at-once, I didn't have time to do a lot of elaborate handwork. Nevertheless, I think these came out pretty nice, and of course, I had a lot of fun playing with the cams that came with my 1950s era kenmore sewing machine.

Also put my bradshaw winder to good use, making the cords. Interestingly enough, I had a lot of the proper-colored tassels lying around.
